Do you need a rough idea of value but not for legal or tax purposes?
Our valuation services are a good start. They are not the same as a formal appraisal and hence require less formal documentation. Often this is an introductory step to determining if any more work, such as a formal appraisal is warranted. Typically this is a very cost effective way of deciding how to proceed.
